25+ Latkes Recipes

What’s your favorite Hanukkah treat? Is it blintzes? Sufganiyot? Or, if you are like me, latkes. The fried potatoes are simple at first, but once you realize how many ways you can doctor them up the skies the limit! Maybe topped in a Sriracha cheddar sauce? Or a poached egg Benedict style? Or even replace the potatoes with beets, apples or avocados (yes avocados!) All these options are below, in this tasty compilation of latkes from around the interwebs, plus, here are all my best latke tips. Which ones do you want to try this Hanukkah season?
