Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. The Site and the third-party services it uses place cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on your device in order to measure traffic, remember your preferences, prevent spam, deliver advertising, and measure the performance of that advertising.
Some of these technologies are set by us, and some are set by third parties. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can use the opt-out choices described in the “Your privacy choices” section below. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

Newsletters we send may contain tracking pixels, which allow us to see whether and when an email was opened and which links in it were clicked. See the Kit Privacy Policy.
- WP Recipe Maker. The plugin that powers the recipe cards on this Site. When recipe ratings are enabled, it stores a

These cookies are stored for 30 days. The plugin’s developer does not have access to this data. - Akismet (Automattic Inc.). Screens comments for spam. - Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. What Jew Wanna Eat is a participant in the Amazon Associates affiliate advertising program. Some links on the Site are affiliate links, which means that if you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Amazon uses these links to attribute purchases, and its own privacy policy applies once you leave this Site. We may participate in other affiliate programs on the same basis.
- Embedded content from other websites. Posts on this Site may include embedded content from YouTube, Vimeo, and Instagram. Embedded content from another website behaves exactly as if you had visited that website. These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed their own third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including if you have an account and are logged in.
- Google Fonts. Typefaces on the Site are loaded from Google’s font service, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
Sponsored posts. What Jew Wanna Eat occasionally publishes posts that are paid for by a brand. Some of these brands require tracking codes that are applied to the Site to measure traffic, pageviews, and other metrics for that sponsored post. When a post is sponsored, it is disclosed at the beginning of the post. Links within those posts may contain tracking pixels that record clicks and additional information. Please refer to the individual companies named in those posts for their current privacy policies.
This list may be amended in the future at the owner’s discretion.
