50+ Pomegranate Recipes

Pomegranate Recipes

Do you like Pomegranate? But wondering what the heck to do with the seeds aka arils? Thought so! Here are over 50 Pomegranate Recipes for you! Good luck choosing just one.

Pomegranate Recipes

I love pomegranate as much as the next guy (aka a lot) and I thought Rosh Hashanah time would be the perfect time to round up some of my favorite recipes using the fruit on the Internet. Why RH time, you ask? Good question!

We all know about Apples and Honey signifying a sweet New Year (like my Apples, Honey and Goat Cheese Crostini. Mmm.) But pomegranate arils are up there too! (Like this Pomegranate Beet Challah. Helllo!! Or Pomegranate Homemade Fortune Cookies!) Pomegranates represent a new fruit for the new year, and also supposedly have 613 arils (though I counted, and was a little off) which is the same number of commandments in the Torah. Tada! Here are over 50 recipe for you to try. Let me know if you make them! Some of these may not be 100% kosher but are all easily adaptable.
