Amy, can I just say that I am so excited for Passover this year! My husband is Jewish and every year I look forward to making his favorite dishes for this holiday, sometimes they turn out to be not so exciting but after finding your blog I am so excited to try some new takes on the old stand bys. You might see some of his family favorites on my blog!

Awesome! Let me know what you end up making. I’ll check out his family favorites on your site too!
Lisa @ The Meaning of Me says
Yess!!! I knew you’d post these. Definitely doing the horseradish/honey chicken, buffalo mushroom matzoh pizza, fried matzoh balls with wasabi (maybe – he’s not convinced on this one but I’ll take a matzoh ball any way you make it), the stuffed zucchini and the apple-beet charoset. So excited! Just love trying your recipes for the Hub! 🙂
Amy Kritzer says
Aw thanks, Lisa! Let me know how it all goes. Happy Passover! You could use the fried coating from my fried mushroom recipe on matzah balls too- that’s a more traditional “fried food” taste.
