Totally twisted! Chocolate pretzel rugelach is a flaky cream cheese cookie, filled with chocolate and salty, crunchy pretzels!
My latest for Food Network! They challenged me to come up with a recipe for Jewish American Heritage Month and rugelach come to mind immediately.
Not only is rugelach one of my favorite recipes to make, but it reminds me of my Jewish heritage. My Bubbe and her Bubbe all made rugelach! Maybe just with a slightly more classic cinnamon sugar filling. But I think they are proud of my version.
