Enter to win a $150 KosherWine.com gift card! Free kosher wine, just in time for Passover.

kosherwine.com

Woo hoo! Exciting day for my Texas and Massachusetts friends. KosherWine.com now ships to your states! Could the timing with Passover be any better?

kosherwine.com

This is big news. KosherWine.com has the largest selection of kosher wine in the country- over 600 wines and 200 specific to Passover! From 90+ rated wines from Flam, Shiloh, Gilgal, Psgaot, Baron Herzog, Yarden, and Barkan and at all price points.  They offer free shipping on all cases, and have over 100 wines on sale for Passover right now! So you get the largest selection of wines for the best deal. No brainer, right?

kosherwine.com

It takes a little longer for the wine to get to us in Texas, so the Passover deadline is March 19th. That’s very soon! They also offer mixed cases for Passover and Rosh Hashanah, which takes the stress out of ordering because KosherWine.com picks their best wines for you. You can order all the Passover wine you need, perfectly paired for your Seder in just one click. Sweet! They start at $149 and are super popular and always sell out, so definitely order now if you would like one in time for the holiday.

kosherwine.com

I’m sure you are planning your menu already. I’ve been working on mine since January! No joke. I’ve got potato kugel, brisket, and matzo ball soup on the menu, just for starters. But with four glasses of wine as a requirement during the Seder, wine is just as essential as the food. Bubbe is stocking up!

Giveaway time! Even if you don’t win, you win. New customers will receive $20 off your first order with the discount code WJWEPASSOVER. Just fill out the Rafflecopter below to enter.

My boyfriend (non-Jewish, but he makes the BEST Passover meals) is doing an entire vegetarian dinner from the awesome cookbook Plenty More. In the past he has made salmon along with side dishes from the Jerusalem cookbook. He’s come a long way since the first meal – stuffing Cornish hens, then being told he has to *remove* the stuffing to replace it with matzah stuffing. 😀

If I don’t, who will? Seriously, my grandsons will make the matzoh balls for the soup, my husband will make the salad, and my daughter will have a glass of wine and kibitz while I make everything else (helpfully explaining how whatever I’m doing isn’t quite the way I did it when she was little).

I will be spending time with my family — some Jewish, some not. So it’s a combo Passover-Easter celebration!

Brisket, tzimmes, apple matzo kugel, hasselback potatoes with dairy-free pesto, salad, coconut macaroons and something chocolate. My mom will be making the matzo ball soup. There will only be 8 people but will probably have enough food for 20.
