Pumpkin Pie Blintzes

Hanukkah meets Thanksgiving with these Pumpkin Pie Blintzes for Thanksgivukkah!

Pumpkin Pie Blintzes

Latkes and lights and…turkey? We are just over a week from the only Thanksgivukkah ever. Are. Your. Ready??

Doughnuts and latkes get all the Hanukkah buzz normally. But let’s not forget our often ignored friend, the blintz! Like a Jewish crepe, these suckers can be filled with anything you can imagine, but traditionally cheese, blueberries or potatoes. But with this being Thanksgivukkah, I filled mine with pumpkin pie. Oh boy did I!

Pumpkin Pie Blintzes

Topped with whipped cream, these sound like a tasty Thanksgivukkah morning breakfast waiting to happen. Get the full recipe for Pumpkin Pie Blintzes on The Jewish Outlook!
