Over 30 uses for leftover red wine! From ice cream to short ribs to risotto!
It’s no secret I like cooking with wine. I throw it in everything from short ribs to ice cream to Jell-O shots! I especially like to use Manischewitz, the chosen people’s alcohol. Sometimes, you open a bottle of wine, drink a glass or three, and then wonder. What do I do with the rest? Ooookay. More likely, you want a glass of wine on a Monday, so decide to cook with a bit so you can drink the rest! Just me? Either way, cooking with wine is fun.
