Dairy Recipes for Shavuot- Mmm Cheese!

Published by Amy Becker on May 16, 2013

Oops it’s already Shavuot- how did that happen! I feel like it was just Cinco de Mayo!

Ayayayayay! Time sure flies. Anyhoo, here are some recipes that would be perfect for the dairy encouraged holiday of Shavuot. Why dairy you ask? Good question! Shavuot is the celebration of the Israelites receiving the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai. Suddenly they had to keep kosher and they did not have the necessary implements to slaughter and prepare kosher meat. Dairy it was! Mmm queso.
