Do you have a favorite food that you could eat all day, every day? Mine might just be hummus. It’s the perfect snack, light meal, drunken munchie. Yum! I’ve made it before, of course, with my Grilled Avocado Hummus, Roasted Beet Hummus, and Pesto Hummus. And even Hatch Chile Hummus.
