You may remember last year when I attended the Austin Food & Wine Festival. It was so fun! Sadly, I can’t go this year because I’ll be out of town for a friend’s wedding (that part is not sad!) But I love food and wine so much, it’s like this event was made for me. Right?

my boyfriend actually buys this chocolate in bulk from amazon. he’s out of control. the chocolate + a delicious porter/stout is fab.
i think Ghirardelli makes the best chocolate out there.
I like the intense dark chocolate and peanut butter pairing.
My favorite pairing is the zinfandel, dried mangos and ghirardeli chocolate.
The Toffee Interlude with Riesling and pretzels sounds amazing!

I like the Twilight Delight with a warm cup of black tea. I’m not much of a drinker.
I love pairing the MIDNIGHT REVERIE with a red wine. My favorite has been a Merlot and the deep dark chocolate flavor to nibble on with it. And yes, I’ve tried it, love it. 🙂
