Apples and honey are a traditional Rosh Hashanah symbolic food, but did you know that there are others? It’s true! One of my favorites is beets. Not only are the sweet, symbolizing a sweet new year, but they are round too which represents the renewal of the year! Plus, they taste pretty darn good.
