WJWE on The Today Show Blog

Published by Amy Becker on December 20, 2011

Happy Hanukkah, y’all!! Get ready for eight craaazy nights. I hope you get everything on your Hanukkah Harry wish list this year- I think I’m finally getting a magical unicorn! (Fingers crossed). Still looking for some last minute recipe ideas? My Mexican potato latkes and brisket are featured on Bites, The Today Show food blog today along with some other tasty Hanukkah recipes I will definitely have to try! (Make sure to omit the sour cream if you would like your latkes to be parve.)

And a big shalom to new readers- make sure to follow me on Twitter or Facebook for more Jewlicious recipes every week!

Mazel!

Congrats…a link on the Today Show’s blog is awesome! We are making latkes tonight! Traditional ones topped with applesauce…my fave!

Amy Kritzer

Shalom! I’m Amy Kritzer Becker and welcome to What Jew Wanna Eat! Your source for home cooked (sometimes) kosher goodness. I have always enjoyed cooking and baking, but needed a new goal, a challenge, to get back to my culinary roots. So, I called up Bubbe Eleanor and pleaded for her to send me her best recipes. Stat!
