Happy Hanukkah, y’all!! Get ready for eight craaazy nights. I hope you get everything on your Hanukkah Harry wish list this year- I think I’m finally getting a magical unicorn! (Fingers crossed). Still looking for some last minute recipe ideas? My Mexican potato latkes and brisket are featured on Bites, The Today Show food blog today along with some other tasty Hanukkah recipes I will definitely have to try! (Make sure to omit the sour cream if you would like your latkes to be parve.)
