Charoset Smoothie

A great way to use up leftover charoset- in a breakfast or snack smoothie!

  • 1 cup leftover charoset
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt I used 2% Greek, but any will do
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk or more or less depending on if you like a thin or thick smoothie
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter optional


  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Drink and enjoy!
