Jewish Guacamole

WTH is Jewish Guacamole, you ask? It's just like your favorite guac, but topped with hard boiled eggs and gribenes on top!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large avocados
  • 2 plum tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons Lipton Kosher Ranch Mix
  • 2 hard boiled eggs diced
  • 2 tablespoons gribenes
  • Bagel chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mash up avocado. Use a whisk to get varied texture! That's a trick I learned once.
  • Anyway, then stir in tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice and Lipton Kosher Ranch Mix. Then gently mix in eggs, spoon into a serving bowl and top with gribenes. Serve immediately!
