Everything Bagel Spice is perfect on anything!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp dehydrated garlic flakes
  • 1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat a medium saute pan over medium heat. Add the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic and onion flakes and cook while stirring until fragrant and slightly toasted.
  • Remove from the heat and let cool. Mix together with salt. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
  • Some notes: You can find dried onion and garlic flakes in the bulk spice department of your supermarket. They also have dried garlic and dried onion on Amazon.
  • You can definitely double or triple this recipe. I like to not use too much salt, but feel free to add more to your liking.
