Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Reese Specialty Food Prepared Horseradish
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 pieces matzah
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • 2-4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Reese Specialty Food Capers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese and horseradish together with a hand blender until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add in salt to taste.
  • Carefully spread schmear on the matzah, and top with red onion, smoked salmon pieces, capers and dill. Eat right away! Schmear can be made up to 2 days ahead of time.
