Lox and Horseradish Schmear Matzah Pizza

Not your average matzah pizza! Lox and Horseradish Schmear Matzah Pizza is so epic you'll eat it year round.
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Reese Specialty Food Prepared Horseradish
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 pieces matzah
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • 2-4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Reese Specialty Food Capers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  1. In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese and horseradish together with a hand blender until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add in salt to taste.
  2. Carefully spread schmear on the matzah, and top with red onion, smoked salmon pieces, capers and dill. Eat right away! Schmear can be made up to 2 days ahead of time.
