Jewish Guacamole

WTH is Jewish Guacamole, you ask? It's just like your favorite guac, but topped with hard boiled eggs and gribenes on top!
  • 2 large avocados
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1½ - 2 tablespoons Lipton Kosher Ranch Mix
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 2 tablespoons gribenes
  • Bagel chips for serving
  1. In a large bowl, mash up avocado. Use a whisk to get varied texture! That's a trick I learned once.
  2. Anyway, then stir in tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice and Lipton Kosher Ranch Mix. Then gently mix in eggs, spoon into a serving bowl and top with gribenes. Serve immediately!
