Peanut Butter Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz each) garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons Peter PanĀ® Simply Ground Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients, except oil, in food processor bowl. Pulse until smooth, scraping down side as needed.
  2. Turn food processor on; add oil in steady stream until completely combined.
