Passover Desserts for Jew

Hey you! I am taking a little cooking break to relish in the sweet, sweet hipster scene that has descended upon Austin for SXSW. But I didn’t want to leave Jew hanging! Here are a few desserts I am toying with for the flour-less holiday of Passover. What do you guys think I should make?

  • Chocolate Caramel Matzah Crunch
  • Bubbe’s Famous Flourless Chocolate Cake
  • Macaroons
  • Chocolate Chip Meringues
  • Any other ideas??

can’t wait to see your passover recipes!

  2. Thanks for the feedback! I think the matzah crunch will be a crowd pleaser.

  3. I vote for the chocolate caramel matzah crunch.

  4. Have a beer and rock out for me this week, would ya?

    • With four votes, I think matzah caramel crunch is the winner! I actually have never had it so I am pumped to play with a recipe!

  1. [...] belated Purim, friends! With a whopping four votes (including mine) on my first ever informal poll, Chocolate Caramel Matzah Crunch (CCMC) is the Passover dessert winner! You lose, macaroon! I will [...]
