Charoset Smoothie

A great way to use up leftover charoset- in a breakfast or snack smoothie!

Serves: 2
  • 1 cup leftover charoset
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (I used 2% Greek, but any will do)
  • ½ cup 2% milk (or more or less depending on if you like a thin or thick smoothie)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter (optional)
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink and enjoy!
