Tzatziki Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Peel and seed your cucumbers and chop them up.
  2. Mince your garlic.
  3. Put other ingredients and cucumbers and garlic in a food processor and mix it up.
  4. Chill for at least one hour and serve.
